Mentorship and resume workflow data
We process booking details, session history, messages, resume content, uploads, mentor review activity, feedback submissions, and related usage signals needed to operate the product.
Technical and security information
We collect device, browser, session, IP, and platform telemetry where necessary to protect accounts, prevent abuse, monitor reliability, and investigate issues.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to run the platform responsibly and improve the service.
- To create and manage accounts.
- To power mentor discovery, bookings, messaging, and post-session workflows.
- To generate, store, and refine resume-related outputs and drafts.
- To provide customer support, product updates, and transactional notifications.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only where needed to run the service or comply with legal obligations.

- Between mentors and mentees where the workflow requires it, such as bookings or chat.

- During a business transfer if AtopGrow or Atop Web Technologies is reorganised.

We retain information for as long as it is needed to operate the platform, support user accounts, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate business and security records.
