For bugs or broken flows

Tell us what page you were on, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and whether the issue affects mentor, mentee, resume, payment, or messaging workflows.

For account or booking help

Include the email tied to the account and, where relevant, the mentor name, session time, or booking reference so we can investigate precisely.
