By accessing or using AtopGrow, you agree to these Terms of Service and any related policies we reference, including our privacy and cookie policies.
If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
2. Platform purpose
AtopGrow is a career growth platform operated by Atop Web Technologies. It provides mentorship workflows, messaging, scheduling, profile tools, and resume-related features for mentors and mentees.
No employment guarantee
Mentorship and resume tools can improve readiness and performance, but they do not guarantee interviews, job offers, promotions, or specific outcomes.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Do not impersonate another person or organisation.
- Do not create accounts for fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
- Keep credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Mentorship bookings, payments, and credits
Bookings, paid features, and credit-based functionality are subject to platform rules, pricing, availability, and payment confirmation.
Mentorship sessions
Session availability, completion, cancellation, no-show handling, and review eligibility are governed by the booking lifecycle rules implemented on the platform.
AI resume and paid credits
AI credits, purchases, reruns, and billing behavior are governed by the applicable purchase and usage rules in the product. Purchased credits are not transferrable unless we explicitly state otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use AtopGrow to:
- access data you are not authorized to access,
- circumvent pricing, credit controls, or access restrictions,
- upload illegal, infringing, abusive, or misleading material,
- harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate other users,
- interfere with platform reliability, security, or availability.
6. Intellectual property and content
AtopGrow and its underlying design, code, systems, and branding belong to Atop Web Technologies or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit where applicable, but you grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the platform.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where required to protect the platform, enforce these terms, comply with law, or address fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations.
8. Liability and changes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AtopGrow is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated version.
